Founder Story
Meet Nesha Renucci
Founder & CEO of Lumyn Care, a boutique residential memory care company reimagining assisted living through compassionate care, thoughtful design, and operational excellence.
As a Certified RCFE Administrator, Certified Investment Specialist through the California Association of REALTORS®, and Artist, Nesha brings a multidisciplinary approach to developing and operating exceptional residential care homes.
Her vision for Lumyn is deeply personal. Inspired by the legacy of her great-grandmother, who lived with dementia, and by raising her neurodiverse daughter alongside her husband, she committed herself to a vision of creating environments where dignity, safety, sensory comfort, and meaningful human connection are at the center of everyday life.
Before founding Lumyn, Nesha developed expertise across healthcare operations, customer experience, project management, real estate investment, and the creative arts. She helped manage projects for a local durable medical equipment business, led customer service training and operational development within the advertising technology industry, and cultivated a lifelong passion for artistic expression and environmental design.
These experiences continue to shape Lumyn's distinctive philosophy. Nesha believes that exceptional memory care is created through the integration of healthcare, hospitality, and human-centered design. Every Lumyn residence is intentionally designed to promote comfort, familiarity, and independence while supporting the emotional well-being of residents, families, and caregivers alike.
Through Lumyn Care, she is building a scalable model of boutique residential memory care that combines clinical excellence, responsible real estate investment, innovative operational systems, and thoughtfully designed living environments to serve families with compassion today while building a lasting legacy for generations to come.
